Yes, you can contact us by social media in BW app. Choose your assigned hotel, click the button with 3 lines, then click your preferred communication, either by social media or Whatsapp.

You just need to click your account in BW app, click settings, and then click my profile.

You can earn your points only by booking through BW app and staying with us in any of our hotel units. Your total points will be received in your account in BW app after checking-out.

Simply contact our reservation team by Whatsapp, you can find the Whatsapp number in button at the right corner in your BW app.

You can upgrade your membership type with your valid point rewards, with the conditions as stated below:
Redeem with 2,500 points from Classic to Silver
Redeem with 6,000 points from Silver to Gold
Redeem with 12,000 points from Gold to Platinum.

Since hotel policies regarding early check-in (generally before 2:00 pm) or late checkout (generally after 12:00 pm) vary by location and by hotel, please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements.
